No person or organization shall canvass or solicit within the Municipality without first obtaining from the Chief of Police or his representative a license and identification badge issued pursuant to this chapter. A separate license and identification badge shall be required for every solicitor, agent or employee soliciting within the municipality. (Ord.1996-34. Passed 3-4-96)
IF A SOLICITOR COMES TO YOUR HOME AND DOES NOT HAVE THIS BADGE, YOU SHOULD CALL THE POLICE.
THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW!
When issued and displaying the proper Photo ID Badge, solicitors are allowed to canvass neighborhoods for their products or services from 10 AM to 9 PM
Just be aware, that this applies to all solicitors.
So these notices will also stop all sellers including fund raising groups like Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts from selling popcorn or cookies.
Pine Lakes is located near the North East Quadrant of Strongsville, Ohio. A section of Albion Road between Webster Road and West 130th Street bisects the Association homes to the North and South. Phases one and two are to the North side and Phase three and the Reserve are to the South.
It consists of approximately 500 Homes built by various builders in three phases over the past 15 to 20 years and it is still growing. It includes Pine Lakes, Pine Lakes Crossing, Pine Lakes Village and The Reserve.
The primary purpose of this site is to be an information place where residents can look at past newsletters and home owners meetings, get information on clubhouse rental, see or print a map of the clubhouse location, see or print a map of the Pine Lakes Area, view and print association by-laws, sign up to receive future newsletters and announcements by e-mail, send e-mail to the trustees.

Club House Information:
Residents can call the clubhouse to reserve their party dates. Please leave your name and phone number where you can be reached. The clubhouse scheduler will return your call and schedule your requested date. Please see the map for directions and location of clubhouse. Party guests can also view or print the map if they are not familiar with the location.
